30-Day Returns
At Konosbog Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, simply mail it back to our address. We make the process hassle-free by providing you with a free shipping label. Just contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the steps.
How to Return
- Contact us to initiate your return and receive your free shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
- Affix the shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest mailing service provider.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per our policies.

Replacement and Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our products and provide detailed size charts and descriptions to help you make the right choice. Please note, we typically do not offer refunds if an incorrect size, design, or color is selected by the customer. However, if there’s an issue with the quality or if you receive the wrong item, we’re more than happy to offer a replacement. Contact our customer support team for assistance with replacements and exchanges.

- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Please be advised that once your item has been shipped, your order cannot be modified or canceled.
- You are protected by our Return and Exchanges policy for a full 30 days period after your purchase (this applies to product quality, shipping delays beyond our policy and anything else we might think is reasonably acceptable to make you very very happy!).
- Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are excluded from the refunds policy, but be assured we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you in case it happens, cause we live hectic lives and nobody is perfect, right?
